座椅座麵的試驗方法
Test Method for Seat Chair and seat surface:
1.座麵的靜載荷試驗：通（tōng）過加載塊垂直向下施（shī）加一定力量於加載點上並保持至少10秒。並反複進行10次。

vertically down through the loading block to exert force on the load point and keep at least 10 seconds. And repeated 10 times
2.座麵（miàn）的（de）疲（pí）勞試驗：通過載（zǎi）入墊，將950N的力和規定的次數（shù）垂（chuí）直向下重（chóng）複施加在座麵載入點（diǎn）上。加載速率為每分鍾不超過40次（cì）。
Fatigue test of the seat: by loading pad, put 950N force and the specified times to repeat vertically down impose to the load point of the seat surface. Loading rate no more than 40 times per minute
3.座麵的衝擊試驗（yàn）：將一塊泡沫塑料放在座麵上，然後把座麵衝擊器置於規定的高度，使其（qí）自由跌落，衝擊載入部位各10次。
Impact test of the seat: put a piece of foam on the seat surface, then place the impactor of the seat in a specified height and make it fall freely. impact loading site 10 times each.

辦公桌椅綜合測試儀，座椅靠背（bèi）的試（shì）驗方（fāng）法：

 Test methods for back of the chair
1.座（zuò）背的靜載（zǎi）荷試驗（yàn）：用擋塊靠住椅和凳子的腳上（shàng）。然後將規（guī）定的平衡載荷施加於座麵載入點上。再將規定的（de）力沿著與椅（yǐ）背（bèi）垂直的方向通過載入墊施加於載（zǎi）入點上。每（měi）次至（zhì）少保持10秒。並反複進行10次。
Static Load Test for back of the chair: put the baffle on the chair leg. Then impose the specified balance loading to the load point of the seat. And then provides the force perpendicular to the direction along the back pad by loading imposed on the load point. To keep at least 10 seconds each. And repeated 10 times.
2.座背的疲勞試驗：用擋塊靠住椅或者凳子的（de）腳上，然後將950N的（de）力垂直施加在座麵載入點上（shàng），再通過椅背載入塊，將330N的力按規定的次數施加在椅背的載入（rù）點（diǎn）上。加載速（sù）率（lǜ）為每份鍾不超過40次。
Fatigue test of the seat back : use the block fixed the feet of the chair and then impose the 950N force vertically to the surface load point, through the back loading block. Impose 330 N force with specified times to the back loading site. Loading rate no more than 40 times per minute.

1、垂直負（fù）載下的穩定性試驗：
Stability test of the vertical load
把（bǎ）試件放在試驗基（jī）麵上。在其zui不穩（wěn）定桌邊中（zhōng）心離邊沿向內50mm桌麵處通過載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力（lì）到規定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個（gè）桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直和水平載入穩定性試驗：
Vertical and horizontal load stability test
把試件放在試驗基麵上。用擋塊擋住試（shì）件zui不穩定邊的（de）桌腳。防止試件在試驗中移動。在該邊中心離邊沿（yán）向內50mm桌麵處通過載入墊垂直向（xiàng）下施加100N的力。同時在該邊中心桌上向外施（shī）加一個水（shuǐ）平力。逐漸增加該力到規定值或者至少有一個桌腳離地（dì）為止。
Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. The edge center from the edge inward 50mm desktop department ，exert downward vertical 100N force by loading pad. While exert a level force on the center desk of the edge, increase gradually to a specified value or one leg near to the floor at least.
3.垂直靜載荷試驗：
Vertical static load test
在桌麵易於發生破壞的位置，按規定的力通過載入墊，垂直向下重複施加（jiā）10次。每次至少應保持10秒。
On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
